Enjoy a Local Honey Recipe!

Enjoy a Local Honey Recipe!

Honey is a local Lancaster staple that you can buy all year round to support our hard working farm families! Plus, honey is the perfect addition to drinks, dishes, and snacks. Today, we’re sharing one of our favorite honey recipes so you can impress your friends and loved ones this summer, support local farms, and enjoy a delicious drink!

When you save farmland, you save farm-fresh food to enjoy for generations!

PA Dutch Meadow Tea
Meadow Tea is a Lancaster County summer staple – ice-cold, refreshing, and totally Lancaster! We recommend sourcing fresh Lancaster County ingredients as much as you can when making any food or beverage this summer for the most nutritious, flavorful dishes. This recipe calls for two simple ingredients – both of which are easy to grab at any local market or roadside stand.

Visit our list of preserved farmstands to discover where you can find these ingredients and support the farmers who keep Lancaster flavorful!
