The Ryan Farm
The Ryan Farm is a 10-acre property located in Colerain Township, home to the family’s generational nursery. Passionate about preservation, the Ryan family fully donated their easement, noting their wish to keep the farm available for the next generation of agriculturalists!
Located in the Octoraro Creek Watershed, the preservation of this farm protects soil and other natural resources, benefiting Lancaster County and the Chesapeake Bay. And with 1,630 feet of road frontage, the protection of this farm ensures fellow Lancastrians the beautiful farm views we all know and love. Congratulations to the Ryan family, your farm is protected forever!

Each preserved farm plays a unique role in our community, maintaining open spaces, enhancing water quality, and protecting the scenic beauty we all know and love. To learn more about the farms we preserve, connect with us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn!
