Spring has finally sprung in Lancaster, and after months of brutal cold weather, the county is finally beginning to thaw! From overflowing markets to warmer strolls in the countryside, we have a lot to look forward to in the springtime. So, to kick off the season, we asked our team what they’re most excited about for the spring season!

From the first signs of green to the return of fresh, seasonal produce, most of what we love about springtime in Lancaster County is made possible thanks to our farms and farmers! Supporting local farms is one of the best ways to make the most of the season, and there are plenty of easy ways to do it, from buying your groceries at local stands to supporting LFT! When we support our local farms, we’re supporting local economy, hard-working families, and the legacy of Lancaster County.
