Join us for a special evening as we toast to another successful year – celebrating both our past and our future. In honor of our nation’s 250th anniversary, LFT is working to protect an additional 250 acres of farmland! The farms that comprise this milestone effort stretch across the diversity of Lancaster County. We’ll work to protect these farms, one acre at a time – with the help of donors like you. You won’t want to miss this memorable night as it will be LFT’s last event at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. So save room for a toast to what’s been and hear firsthand what’s next for LFT as we continue to ensure our local farms remain farmland for the next 250 years and beyond.
The evening will feature a delicious meal prepared by Mountain Laurel Catering. The dinner menu includes chicken puttanesca with kalamata olives, crushed tomatoes, and fresh basil over creamy, fire-roasted red pepper polenta, with blistered asparagus.
